Iconic well kept property fun and entertaining. Stayed in the Chateau building which is a bit older but the location was good for my room mate who had mobility issues. Versailles and sorrento building force you to walk quite a distance but are more spacious. Food was exceptionally good. Prime 54 wow! Night time entertainment was awesome and drinks were really good but very pricey! I always stay here because it’s. One stop shop. But bring your wallet!

Nice large hotel with great pools and nightlife but not a great stay overall for the price. Stayed for 5 days around NYE but due to the Calvin Harris poolside party, access to pool ended daily at 5pm and beach access also restricted at that time. Staff was very rude and unhelpful regarding this. Our room was on the 4th floor of the Chateau building and could hear the music blasting nightly from the lobby bar until 1-2am. Went to the Calvin Harris party which had awesome music and open bar but the layout was awful and most attendees had a very limited view of the stage mostly form the wings. Lastly, prices for food and drinks at the hotel were excessively expensive.

We like the hotel we stayed more than 3 times in the last couple years cons was that they close the pool for NYE event and guest can’t have access to the pool after 2pm aprox. and if you go to the beach after that time have to walk around and enter from the main entrance. because they are not allowed you to use the pools areas to go to the hotel other cons was that only two elevator was working those days and the waiting to get to the elevator was ridiculous. Other than that everything was perfect

Staff is not the best. Property is buzzing. It’s busy during the day and night. Main hub for party but with that comes crowdedness and chaos. Pricy property as well anything you have at the hotel is expensive but that comes with the territory

Some good! Beautiful view.
Room was spacious microwave not working not super clean. Service was great very clean lobby and outside breakfast. Dining was great. Lunch was not good. Chicken burnt. Restaurant on site was great. Cafe is incredible.
