I like the unique layout of the room. Wasn't able to enjoy the spa amenities because it was fully booked. I paid for breakfast for my whole stay and it was buffet style from 6-10 we went to enjoy breakfast and my daughter forgot that she wanted an apple. She went back down to grab one sense it was still breakfast hours and was told she could not. The wifi was very spotty. Outside of that. The beds were soft, they had multiple wall outlets and usb outlets. The shower pressure was amazing. For the most part the staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great location just a 7-12min walk to nearby shops, and beautiful picturesque views.

Great place to stay for Christmas markets
Stayed here to visit the Christmas Markets. It wasn't our first choice but was very surprised by how nice and convenient it was and felt fortunate my first choice wasn't available.. We saw people dragging their luggage to hotels in the middle of the markets frustrated because the roads are blocked off to traffic and nearby parking was full. Parking at this hotel was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short but enjoyable stay at Novotel Suites, Colmar Centre. We booked parking for our rental vehicle which was convenient. Hotel location was very central and walkable to Colmar sights. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and warm. Our room was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance.
