Disappointing
Vastly overpriced and the photographs were quite misleading, giving the impression of a much larger, plusher establishment. The small gestures one normally expects of a hotel charging nearly £300 for one night were lacking. When we requested a small cup of milk for tea we were told it would be billed to our room, and when we asked to borrow a phone charger late at night (admittedly our bad for accidentally leaving ours in the car at the P&R) reception directed us to a sister hotel up the road who flatly refused to assist. Out of the number of hotels we stayed in on this trip through Europe this was by far the most expensive and unsatisfactory. Very disappointed.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area on foot. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the convenient amenities and the attention to detail throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Liked that it was in the center of the city, many things to do very close by. It was hard to find parking due to blocked off streets, so parking was not very good, but that is not the hotel’s doing.

The property was in very close walking distance to the river and the cathedral, which was fantastic. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to direct us to the nearby parking garage for our rental car and we got a discount at the rental garage because the hotel marked our parking ticket. Very modern, stylish rooms with air conditioning as we stayed there in July.
