Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to both the upper and lower unit of this duplex during your stay. The downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen, while the upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. Each unit has its own keypad entry with unique codes for added ease and privacy.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared between units. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located in the backyard.
On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a fenced backyard. Please note that a motivated dog could jump over our fence and should not be left unattended.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.
If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.
***PLEASE NOTE*** This residence features two separate units, a main level and upper level suite. While the two units share the front door, each unit has a dedicated entrance. Stairs are required to access the upper level suite. The backyard and laundry amenities are also shared. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located in the backyard.
The upper level dining area of this unit is small. There is a table in the corner of the room and can accommodate about 2–3 people.
Additionally, this home has 4 window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this property.
Events are subject to approval. Please note event fees will apply.
Please refrain from smoking of any kind inside the property, as it will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect and report any issues promptly. For security purposes, cameras have been installed outside the property, but there are no cameras inside. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
