The room was very difficult to control heat. Also too much ambient light when everything was turned off and trying to sleep. The clock radio is bright like a beacon, the light switch near door emits way to much brightness and the fire alarm blinks brightly intermittently. My wife slept all night with a pillow over her head, I just used a wash cloth over my eyes. Breakfast is about what I expected. We we're in 4th floor room which was ADA compliant so the shower was ok, if you were about 5'3" tall, my wife liked it but I found pretty awkward.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds are soft, fluffy, and comfortable. The room was a bit hot and slow to change the temperature so we were overheated most of the night.

Clean facility and room. The so-called kitchenette was a fridge/freezer and a microwave. No counter space. No dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, or table for eating. I was disappointed that the definition of kitchenette was applied to the room, as it didn't provide any space or utensils to make or eat food.

It was great, my husband had eye surgery and we had to stay in Colorado Springs overnight. Amy made it very easy for us to do an early check in once we found out what time his surgery was. We were so grateful for her.
