Had to enter through front desk because all side doors not accessible, even with key. Had to traipse back up to front desk twice with all luggage as key would not open door. Nice gentleman DID go back with me the third time. Carpet worn through at the door. Large paint chips in several places. What appeared to be mold or accumulated dirt on floor caulking of bathtub. Otherwise it appeared clean. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.

Property condition and cleanliness have improved in the last 2-3 years. Still using "grab & go" bags (initiated during COVID) as a poor excuse to claim they provide "breakfast". Pricing has increased more than quality would justify.

We did not enjoy our stay. Not only did the whole hotel smell bad and almost make you sick to your stomach but, there was mold growing on our shower, dirt, grime, and grit everywhere. There were roaches in the pool restroom and my fiancé complained how her skin burned after just sticking her feet in the pool water. We didn’t really stay inside much and when we were outside at night, they had some janky security guard driving around parking behind us directly. It just overall was a bad experience. 2/10 for sure.

The bathroom was terrible. There was a large area of chipped paint in the ceiling, the wall paper surrounding the shower was water-stained and peeling. There also appeared to be mold. The glass in the window in the room was cracked (both sides of the window).

The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, only 2 lights in the room worked, the light in the bathroom didnt work. The heat lamp in the bathroom and the sink light were the only working lights which was very inconvenient when showering especially with no vent. And there was absolutely no room service during our 3 night stay.

The hotel is not 3 star despite what I read on this website. It has issues with cleanliness, out of date rooms, and the overall clientele of the establishment seemed sketchy. I was threatened with physical violence by one of the other people staying there, just because I happened to be walking by them during some sort of drama that had nothing to do with me. I saw a group of people hanging out by the open window of a ground floor room, using drugs together, seemingly unconcerned as to who saw. The price is right, but you'll have to worry about crimes happening to or around you during your visit.

Needs an upgrade
The stay at this location was just okay. I think that this establishment needs a huge upgrade the building seemed to be older. The elevator went out while we were there. The room had a strong odor of Pine Sol smell when we first opened our bedroom door. The sink had a faucet that I felt needed to be replaced because it had a lot of caulk build up on it. Honestly we felt like for the price the appearance could have been a lot better.
