Great hotel, easy to find parking around the hotel. We had a 3 bed loft suite and there was plenty of room. Hotel was modern and clean. We used the hot tub, and would definitely stay here again

Please search hard and book elsewhere. Dirty and old room. Never have I overpaid this much for a subpar accommodation of this nature. Dirty toilet and carpet. Moldy tub. Leaking ceiling. Will never recommend.

The property had character and provided all amenities needed. Our room was split level with two queen beds upstairs although one mattress was on a noticeable slope! I enjoyed the hot tub.

The room we have stayed was just in front of the ice machine. People started using it around 5 am, and it was extremely noisy. We were woken up by that and couldn't get back to sleep... The ice machine should move to somewhere else!

Excellent value!
The hotel was clean and well-kept. Front desk staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Our smoke detector started chirping because of low battery at about 1AM so we called the front desk and within about 15 minutes there were two staff there to replace the battery (we had called one of them out of bed and the first thing they said was "Sorry I'm not in my uniform" which obviously was just fine!). We will definitely be returning to the Banff Inn next time we visit, and will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

The shower did not work at all, this was reported to the front desk as we checked out. Went down for breakfast a couple of minutes after stated opening time of 7 am and all seats were already taken.

The staff was very friendly, and got me checked in as soon as they could. My friends motorcycle was stolen the night before in Calgary, and i was upset. The receptionist handled me perfectly. Sorry If I wasn’t your best customer and thanks for understanding…
