The location is very good for the price but the services is not very good. Overall is okay to choose this Inn in Banff becasue all the time went to lake and hiking.

Nice quiet 3 star hotel. Needs something done with the small restaurant….mainly just pizza. Hotel heating is loud enough to wake you up…really needs an upgrade. Otherwise, the hotel is situated with all other hotels in Banff and the city buss system will get you in and out of shopping area and to other tourist sites such as a Banff Gondola, Lake Louise etc.

Did not provide bus passes to downtown which is almost a mile away. Rooms are out of date and staff have no power to make you happy. Cheap towels and limited coffee available in room and no tea offered. Spa hot tub not working and shower in bathroom inconvenient to use ( lacked shower mat and water went on floor when opening door). Would not recommend staying here. Check in staff was cold.

The hotel services were excellent. The property was clean and everything was up to date. Room service daily was much appreciated. No fault to the hotel but because the way the town is designed it was quite a walk to shops and restaurants- opposite ends of town. The only complaint is insufficient parking. The parking garage underneath the hotel was not adequate for the number of cars and more than half the spaces were marked for small vehicles. I had to park on the street the last night of my stay. This is the only reason I gave property condition and facilities four stars. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Banff Inn and would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful stay at Banff Inn!
We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Banff. The room featured vaulted high ceiling and abundance of natural light. The dinner at Italian style on-site restaurant was a treat after a long day of exploring Canadian Rockies, as well as relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna after long scenic trails was a nice wrap to the busy adventurous day. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful travel experience.

This hotel was ok. Found toe nails on the floor in our room, which was gross. Hotel is old and beds were semi-comfortable. Staff wouldn’t deliver coffee pods to room, had to go get them from front desk. Not worth the expensive nightly rate but unfortunately it’s Banff.

Hotel was clean. Options for onsite meals , especially coffee not so good. Our breakfast at the onsite restaurant was not good. A coffee, muffin and diabetic friendly bar would be great.

Our stay here was wonderful! Check-in was quick and easy, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and even included bathrobes. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if we’re ever in the area! Thank you!
