Shower door would not close fully and would soak the bathroom floor if you couldn’t hold it shut. Room was OK - nothing fancy. Did not like how the outdoor lights that illuminated the building’s exterior spilled into the room at night despite the blinds. The staff was excellent, courteous, and very helpful.

The availability of underground parking within the same building for only $5 per day was very convenient. My wife and I have mobility limitations, so walking to restaurants and stores was a problem, but the convenient parking option made this very doable.

This was our first time staying Elk & Avenue. I loved the closeness to town. We stayed for a concert and was able to walk to and from. The Farm & Fire restaurant has an epic breakfast menu. Literally one of the best breakfast we have had. The staff are friendly & helpful. Would stay here again.

After check in we went to go to the hot tub to find out it was closed since July. This was not communicated on the Hotels.com booking. 100% of the reason we pick a hotel is to use the hot tub for medical reasons. Had I known the hot tub was closed I would have stayed at a different hotel. The carpets are filthy, there was something smeared on the bathroom door and overall the rooms are rundown and need an update. Lobby area is very clean and updated

The hotel room was spacious, clean and provided a great view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly. The shuttle bus pick up to the Banff gondola is a minute walk from the hotel. The location was also right near all of the shops and restaurants.

The lady at the counter at check in was extremely helpful with ideas of what to do around Banff and so very kind. The room was a little noisy but was very clean

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Underground parking with direct lift access to all floors. Well appointed room with good facilities. Lovely coffee shop attached and a great meal at the restaurant with large portions
