This was a great room always clean. It was located on the main Banff Ave. and was one block from from the city bus stop. The staff was very informative.

The rooms were clean and quiet just off Banff Ave. The staff was very helpful with information about where to go and how to get there. The main city bus stop is just one block away. We like it very much.

Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory, yet slightly overpriced. Staff were friendly and polite, our room and the common areas were clean to a decent degree. Although, some facilities were dated.

Overnight stay
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. It was easy to find as it was located along Banff Avenue but slightly away from all the hustle and bustle. I do wish they provided at least a bottle of drinking water. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, just close enough to the downtown area but far enough to be quiet. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. There are renovations happening, but this did not interfere with us at all. Nice to have underground parking that is secure. The only downside is that there are some rooms that require you to go up a short flight of stairs, and our room was one of them. We had a lot of heavy luggage, so that was pretty tough. When we said something about this to the person at the reception desk, they offered to send someone to help us...after the fact!
