We stayed on the 4th floor and loved it for a family of 4. Kids had their own bed and bathroom and so did the adults. Loved sitting in the living room with fire place going looking at the snowy mountains. Will definitely stay here again!

Wish the room was cleaner, definitely in need of a deep clean, dust builing up on furniture. Very quiet at night, too quiet Ill be bringing a fan for next trip.

I had an amazing stay at the Moose Hotel and Suites! The sauna and hot pool were fantastic. There's nothing quite like relaxing in the warm waters while taking in the stunning mountain and street views. It was such a treat to be outside, enjoying the scenery from the comfort of the hot pool. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff.

Try a little harder.
A nice hotel but starting to show its age. Towels are crusty and the in room robes are old with fraying edges and crusty as well. Heat in the room was inadequate and could not keep the room warm. It seems management needs to show a little more attention to detail and perhaps invest in some improvements. The hot tub in the spa area was not very hot.

Nice place, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to town. Room are nice and large. Hot tubs were nice but weren’t hot enough. Price was pretty high I guess cause the Christmas celebrations were on.
