This was the perfect hotel for us - it was comfy with a lodge feel, had a wonderful lobby with a wood fireplace, lovely rooftop hot tubs, and comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our shower not functioning properly, but the staff was quick to fix it. Other than that, this was the perfect place to stay in Banff in late October.

The staff were friendly and quickly helped with anything we needed. The hotel is great and the rooftop spa and fire pit area is very welcoming and we used it daily. We have a PHEV so were very happy that they have regular EV and Tesla plug ins

Beautiful stay in a great location! The real wood fire place smell and coziness in the lounge area of the main floor was perfection, and the extra large hot pools and fireplace up top were also an added benefit. Perfect for the colder winter months.
