No customer service.
We had a 2 queen suite. Modern looking. Large bathroom but no counter space to put your personal items on. The AC was not working properly. I reported that 1 unit was running super cold and the other until was warm both set at the same temperature. In addition to that the floor was saturated by the one unit. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would send in maintenence. We returned and the room was absolutely freezing. AC was set at 65. I Turned the temperature to a normal 70 and still freezing. Took it to 72 and tried to balance the room out. Again the unit in the bedroom began to heat the room like the day before. The other unit began making weird noise like a train and it wouldn't stop. In the morning i reported to the front desk. They basically brushed me off. Said maintenence had been there. They did not apologize or offer any considerations. Because the room was booked off of Hotels.com they told me to take it up with them. Disappointed in the customer service.

Ac didn’t work properly made a horrible noise. Pool had too much chlorine in it, it hurt my eyes and the smell was overwhelming.
