Great staff! Hotel and lobby are very nice but the rooms are horrible very stain and torn up the first room was so bad they moved us to a different room which was better but still bad. Went to take a shower and no hot water so they sent someone to are room which they showed us you had to turn the shower and sink both on and wait 20min to get hot water. Definitely wont stay again you can get a nicer room at red roof

The property has motion sensors in the parking lot that screech all night long. The pipes bang. The room was a sauna with moisture dripping off the walls. Booked a family of four into one king with no pullout. Poor experience for the price.

The staff was exceptional. The only issue I had was that the room did not have any shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion. The only toiletries was a single bar of soap. Luckily I had shampoo with me.

We stay at the Hilton every year before Christmas to shop and enjoy Easton. My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay. My only suggestion is to upgrade the outdated carpets, etc. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The bar area was great for us to relax and watch the Army-Navy game on Saturday afternoon.

Property was within walking distance to dining and shopping. Encountered a rude female at check in, the TV in our room was going out, at times we could not see a picture. The hot tub water was cold. There was no hot water to shower in, water would not heat up better than lukewarm.

Room without a view
Room was large and clean same as the bathroom. The view was of a roof top, we have been going every year at this time for 5 years now and except for the view has been a great stay.

Our stay here was not enjoyable. The room was not what I've come to expect from Hilton. We could not control the temperature and it was very warm in the room. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7:30am. All the staff from the front desk to the bar were snooty, not friendly at all. They charged us for parking. No breakfast. Overall a bad stay. To bad it's in a very nice area.

Door would not open
The complaint i have is we had to go down and get 3 different door keys and none of them worked.(after we returned from a wedding)Each time we went down the guy working told us if we put them next to the our phones it can deactivate them. In the 2 min it takes we had it no where near our phones. Then he said it a second time and he could tell i wasnt pleased. Had to go down a third time and a maintenance man by chance was there. And he told my husband it could be the battery. Guess the guy at the desk NEVER thought of it and made it out like it was us.

Very comfortable room. Nicely appointed. I arrived late in the evening and wanted to unwind with a cocktail in the bar. The bar was very loud due to several folks that seem to be there on a business trip. Hardly relaxing at 11 PM. The bar/lobby was very sterile/with bright lighting so not that welcoming/warm. Otherwise, a great facility.
