This hotel is really well located. I think for the price I expected more. Really clean room and beautiful view. The staff was incredible they helped with transportation and boating options. The Garden had great food and drink options. Unfortunately when we were there the pond in the front of the hotel was disgusting looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We ended up mentioning something and the next day they were cleaning it.

The only complaint about this hotel, and this might be my imagination, but it seemed to be difficult for taxis to get to it. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. I’d stay here again

Great location on the Como lakefront and literally around the corner from the train & bus station. Staff were very good. Breakfast is good. Some parts of the hotel need a little attention / maintenance. Should have Tea & coffee making facilities in the room as standard for a 4* hotel. They will provide if you ask. All in all, if we came to Como again, we would stay at this hotel.

During our stay we had to use a wheelchair, unfortunately there were stairs to every entrance, no ramps available also getting to the dining room entailed stairs without ramps. I have to say the reception staff were excellent as was the chambermaid
