Beautiful property and amazing staff

I decided I wanted to spend my 60th birthday in this hotel and was not impressed. The property is amazing, beautiful views of Lake Como and the staff superb. I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great.
