My third stay in 3 years. The room is small, but very functional and comfortable. Breakfast is on the rooftop with beautiful harbor and city views. The breakfast is European and fresh. The staff at breakfast and in housekeeping is friendly.

Rooms a cozy but only accessible from one side which means climbing over spouse to get up in the night. Drain on shower needed a cleaning - slow running. Few restaurants in area for evening meal. Good breakfast buffet though. Close to swimming area but not much else nearby. Ok if you have a transport pass or like to walk.

As a solo traveller it felt very safe to stay here and walk around Copenhagen, but I had a queen size bed but only one pillow and a single size duvet and also no bath mat is poor. The options for breakfast was also poor so didn’t eat at the hotel. There was also loud music playing late on Sunday night making it hard to sleep (still playing at midnight). Other than that it was very convenient and good location and staff very friendly, paying for the locker to leave bags as no early checkin is annoying but quite cheap.

I thought this was great for the price. Agreed with other reviews that it was a bit weird that the full size bed only had 1 pillow and a duvet cover not covering the whole bed. Also, I would like to point out that the breakfast was amazing. Someone said it was dismal and it was certainly not at all. In fact, I would go here over cafes to save money and time. The bread was warm, the fruits were fresh, there were varied meats, veggies, teas and coffee options. Great stay!

Property is conveniently located to central station and that’s about the only positive thing I can say. At check in I asked for a room on an upper floor and I was told they were fully booked but… if I wanted to pay an additional $40 per night they were apparently no longer fully booked. They gave me a room on the ground floor which smelled horribly of smoke. I went back to the front desk where I was told it was not possible and the young man told me he had to check for himself. He came back and agreed that it did and assigned me another ground floor room. The rooms are super tiny and have no amenities. For hot water you have to go to the cafe and pay for a cup of water, that’s absurd! The next morning was raining, very cool and grey. I went to the front desk and asked if perhaps they had a jacket in lost and found that I could borrow so I could go outside as I was not prepared for this weather, I was only on a layover. The young girl told me she didn’t think so, she checked and said she couldn’t do that. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 30 years and lived by the statement, “the answer is yes, now what is the question?” This hotel is the extreme opposite! The room was not terribly clean especially the shower and the carpet was very dirty. The housekeepers did not say hello when you passed them in the corridors. And finally the breakfast $15 usd was bleak. Bread, assorted meats, cold cereal and sliced grapefruit and oranges.

It was my second time in this hotel. I like that it is close to everything and there is also a bus stop directly to and from the airport. The room is clean and comfortable
