Their check on kiosk doesn’t work. After 2 tries of errors, I had to go to front desk girl who was very rude. So not a good start. The hotel room was ok but no elevator or shower curtain.

Room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Check in process was a little weird since the motel and hotel are together, but fairly simple. Cleaning staff barged into the room while we were sleeping, two hours before check out time, but apologized and left once they saw us inside still. Overall very nice place to stay.

My spouse and I stayed two nights at Hotel O in one of the King-sized rooms. The room was interesting and modern in design, though the remote controlling the LED lights around the bed wasn't working. The shower was easily the best feature of the room, as it was huge with 3 different settings and great water pressure. The whirlpool setting on the tub was very loud and after shutting it off, the whirlpool would intermittently start up on its own after several minutes, which was happening while the tub was empty. We eventually noticed a reset button on the wall behind the tub that solved this issue. The only other real complaint about the room is that the walls were very thin, so music and activities in the room beside could be heard well into the early morning. My biggest complaint, and the reason for the lower rating, has to do with the staff. While getting ready in the morning after our first night, one of the housekeeping staff barged into our room while both my spouse and I were undressed. Neither of us heard her knock, so I presume she did not. There was no apology from the staff member. When I informed the front desk staff member about the incident, there was again no apology and she tried to excuse the incident by saying that most people check out by 11. She seemed surprised when I told her we were staying two nights and completely underreacted to the fact we were walked in on while naked, only saying the housekeeper shouldn't have been in our room.

It was ok. The room smelt very musty and the bathroom had ants and sheets were stained. This place has potential though. Location was great for what we needed to do. Tucked away from from a major road. It is renovated but maybe just painted. There is no staff after 10pm or before 8am which wasn’t inconvenient for us but was for others. The motel on same property is much cheaper and rooms are just as good.

There were many problems, it’s not only noisy, but I also feel unsafe. The building has two entrances, but only one has security access, and the door next to my room doesn’t have any security and people are coming in and out, which makes me hard to sleep. Additionally, the water in the bathroom doesn't drain properly after a shower, and it almost flooded into the room. Lastly, I think this room hasn't been used for a while because there is a lot of dust.
