"Wife and I booked this room because it's in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach. We had stayed in this area before over a year ago in another VRBO rental. Easily found room and checked in. Host kept in close contact and was very supportive. The room fit our needs pefectly, i.e., it's a studio apartment with full bath and small kitchen area. We loved walking the area which is full of good restaurants and shops. Only 3 or 4 blocks to nice beaches. Wish it was warmer when we were there. Lots of parking on the street for our rental car. Highly recommend this property. "

The house was immaculately clean, had just enough space for the four of us, and the location couldn't be beat. We especially loved the front porch area with seating and a view of the ocean. Walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach! Highly recommend. "
