"The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The road is not busy and ideal for a long walk which can be extended by adding the Monroe bridge to the walk. The house is well-maintained and was very clean. It has a well-equipped kitchen with knives that can actually be used. We loved sitting out on the verandah enjoying the beautiful ocean view and watching the bird life. The large heated pool is ideal for evening relaxation after a day's activity. We used the kayaks that were available to explore the waters. Greg, the manager, was quick to answer any questions we had. We did not want to leave and hope to return! No hesitation in giving this property five stars."
