Great impromptu stay
Had an unplanned stop over and spent 2 nights here. Very relaxing hotel with a comfortable bed and high quality shower - very good water pressure. Only downside was a non-Smart TV

Some of the best service I have had in the UK. Every member of the team was attentive and polite. From the moment walked in we were greeted by every single team member with a big smile, like they were genuinely happy we were staying at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of parking hotel was clean and looked nice. Faultless but the staff was really impressive, made the stay a pleasure. Will defintley return and recommend. 10 out of 10.

An airport hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, good free coffee and a nice pool. Room was very comfortable. A good meal in the hotel restaurant. Very pleasant stay, will definitely use again when flying out of Gatwick.
