Staff at restaurant was very warm and friendly. Facility was clean and well maintained.Most amenities were provided however TV was not working. Also when enquiring about late check out the reception staff were not helpful as they told us to wait until the maids made their rounds to ask. The next morning of 18th when we asked again a helpful young lady went out of her way to call the maids to find out if we could check out a bit later. Overall i would recommend this facility.

Stayed here before. Lovely staff. Nice food. Very clean. On this occassion though had problems with getting e mails from their Wifi. Oddly enough the Tobago airport Wi fi enabled us to get our e mails.Also the TV was very unpredictable and on the last day had no TV stations at all.

The food was great. The hotel is to old it needs a serious upgrade . It had mold in my room . I got sick with the mold. Room service did not clean everyday, for 2days they put towels on the bed but did not clean the restroom nor bathroom. I had to move the bed to get something that fell under , it was very dusty.

I will come again
This is my 2nd visit and probably not the last one. If you're looking for a relaxing quiet place in a stunning tropical paradise, this is the perfect place. The staff is extremely competent and friendly. The food is excellent, the facilities are great. The all place has a vibe difficult to describe, it's like a voice telling you to stay and come back. It's always sad to leave, but I know I'll come back.

The hotel was unique and different loved the grounds and the pools were very inviting. Bar could do with updating. Love the swim up to the bar. The beach is really nice. The staff pleasant and helpful. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return for a second visit. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday 😊

Sorry to say I won’t recommend this place. With the exception of the bartenders the drinks were bottom shelf for an all- inclusive. The food had a little taste to it, to make things worse we found a hair in the eggs. By 10 pm there was no hot or cold water at all. Most of the guest that we spoke with had the same complaints. I feel sorry for the couple that’s there for 2 more weeks. Please stay somewhere else.
