"The elevators in the property are annoying. Why is the lobby in the 34th floor? Then you gotta swap to another elevator to get to your room. Very annoying"

"This place was just amazing, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were in excellent condition and the service was top notch. I will definitely be coming back here. "

"My stay was amazing. Loved the moxy and will definitely be back. However, the valet service were very rude and using derogatory language towards my cab driver when he was waiting for me. When my cab reached the hotel and contacted me to come outside, they were rushing him and calling him names when there was literally one car behind my cab, on top of the fact that my cab moved up and out the way to not block the hotel’s entrance. The wait for me wasn’t long and once I came out i essentially had to relax the valet service gentleman who were doing extra unnecessary activities for no reason. This happened around 6 pm Friday. "
