Honestly there was absolutely NOTHING I would change about this hotel other than I wish I would have booked this place last time I was in Mexico City. They were beyond accommodating, friendly, willingly helpful and just a all around positive vibe.

My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater.

The rooms were very dated. Plywood peeling in multiple places (beds, doors), carpets flat and super old, bathroom tiles were broken and crumbling. Room was very cold, tile floor was colder. No empathy from front desk. Maintenance person that was sent up brought a room heater. Felt like a 2 star motel more than a 4.5 star hotel i was promised. Location was fantastic, bell staff were very friendly and helpful.
