The hotel is good and convenient. Staff is extremely polite and nice, but english is not their strong side. Check in, check out and getting a taxi no problem. But asking something else is not easy. I will for sure come back for business and stay here again.

It was not cleaned, several hairs was on the bed and bathroom floor, a bottle that someone drinker and left on the table. It was terrible. And hand shower was broken.

The hotel is nice. The room is nice. The bathtub is awkward, why is it half cut off by the sink? You have to stand in the bath to turn any of the taps (or lean over and stretch), it is a design flaw.

as it is part of business hotel, would be nice to have some tables to work at night for some of customers as the other rotte city hotel has in Seoul. but rest of other things seems well presented.

The location is excellent. I chose this hotel primarily based on the fact that unlike many other hotels, it has bath tubs - something that I really miss when I come to Korea. While I loved its close proximity to Sunsimdang, I do wish the room I had was updated, and attention was paid to maintaining the condition of the room. I wish the room smelled as nice as the lobby.
