Staff are so friendly and always willing to help make the stay the best possible. Rooms are spacious and clean. So many options to eat, have a drink, and vlt’s. The aqua park is amazing!

Front desk charged $193 upon check out claiming they had no proof we stayed there and was booked under Expedia. It was a bit of a process getting them to refund the amount and accept the fact that this was paid through Expedia.

The water parks were busy, but not overwhelmingly, so. We had a great time watersliding and swimming. The only issue was the long walk between our room and the water parks. The shortcut entrance door by the front desk was closed, so we had to go all the way to the other entrances. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

We liked our room itself. We stayed in a Space Themed one on the main floor (Can't remember which one exactly); just keep in mind that it's on the main floor and can be very busy. Upon arrival and check-in we were told that the payment card use (Koho pre-paid MasterCard) we were going use for the Security Deposit was not eligible to use, which has caused instant panic as we had booked online in advance and are driving from another province, nowhere online had stated that pre-paid credit cards issued through these type of fintechs were not accepted; fortunately the front desk agent was able to invoice me via online request for payment and it immediately worked out. Our room was facing the pool with the splash pad but it wasn't too busy during our stay. The water was nice, didn't get overly crowded. Note that there are guests that don't care about the pool rules, and if you try to say something you're going to get lashback from them. Was nervous to speak to the hotel staff about issues with other guests as they didn't seem to do much about the disruptions. Breakfast wasn't included at the restaurant but it was still tasty when we bought. Overall Saskatoon Travelodge was a decent place to sleep, all amenities were close by, free parking, staff answers calls right away, cleaning services are nice, beds are comfy.

The staff was decent with the hotel being so busy. One of our room the lamp was broken. The other room had been smoked in and I’m allergic. The situation didn’t allow me to move rooms. No compensation was offered The hot tub was lint hot and the jets stopped working.
