The room we checked into had cigarette butts in it. Dirt everywhere that had not been cleaned for a long time. Rolled back the sheets to find out they were used and not washed.

The kids love the water park. But the condition of the rooms is poor. The staff are good. But unfortunately the type of people staying there were rude, drunks and very inconsiderate.
