Upon check in I had to request a room change as the bed in my original room was completely deformed and on a decline. They changed my room from a single king bed suite with a full kitchenette to a regular dual queen bed room with an extremely noisy heater, water damaged ceilings and a very cold floor. The only good things about this hotel were the waterslides and the breakfast served at the restaurant. Hotel itself was in a bad location and obviously needs some work. I did let the staff know how uncomfortable my stay was and received little to no acknowledgment. Theres much better hotels within a couple blocks. I will never stay here again.

Booked 2 rooms with the pool views. Both rooms sheets had to be changed upon arrival due to hair, stained and obviously dirty sheets. Tub in one room was dirty. Rooms thenselves are in need of upkeep- broken lamp stand, mismatched everthing. Maintenanceneeded to be called to fix curtainthat would not close. Honestly feels like a dive. Staff was nice when needing things addressed. Pool isnt worth the price for these rooms.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. No smile, no greetings, no please, nothing. Her face was like I was a beggar begging for a room. Rude. The hotel is extremely old and dirty. The worst thing is there is a door to another room inside my room. I can hear every single word the other room said. No definitely not staying here again.

The water park with the water slides was a hit for kids. Splash park and hot tub were is a quieter area than the water slides.

A couple things. Playpen they gave us was broken and wouldn’t set up. Which then seemed to be a chore to ask for a new one. Had a sick kid and had to get a couple extra sets of blankets due to them getting sick on them. Everytime there was extra sheets needed they took extra long or reminder phone calls after 45mins of not coming. Then there was the altercation in the hallway of screaming and banging on doors at 2-3am trying to get in the room. Someone on some kind of drugs and then proceeded to spray pepper spray or bear mace at the security guard. You can definitely tell the hotel has started to go downhill even further with some of the crowds that tend to go here
