The house is located in the beautiful and mature Nottingham Estates. Every road in this neighborhood is named after a character or place from the adventures of Robin Hood. It is only a few miles from Dallas Cowboys stadium, Texas Rangers stadium, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor and the Arlington Entertainment District. 10 mins to Lone Star Park/Verizon Theatre. 10 mins from the DFW Airport & Train Station. We are roughly about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. Note: There is a tiny house located on an RV pad in the back, but it separated from the main house with a fence.

Nice owner, large but outdated house
The owner seems like a great guy and communicated well with us prior to our arrival. The house is spacious and in a nice neighborhood. However, the house is outdated and could benefit from some renovation inside (updating bathrooms and floors, basic maintenance like repairing air vents with broken slats, decorations like nicer curtains) and outside (fixing the yard and bushes so they look like the ones in the photos). It appears the owner is in the process of doing this (some rooms seem to have received some attention while others haven't). The home definitely served its purpose of but could be much nicer with a little work.

This property was perfect for what we were needing. You can tell they are working on fixing up the house and when they are finished it will be beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the owners were easy to work with and very friendly.
