I was turned away and now I'm trying to contact you I had to fork out twice the money to get a room elsewhere at Holiday Inn and suites express in Chilliwack BC or I would've been stranded in Chilliwack here as a matter of fact I need to be refunded for the money I booked with unless you guys are willing to accommodate me here for another night

Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very close to many amenities. Nice selection of food for the complimentary breakfast. Property felt safe for both ourselves and our vehicle. We were in Chilliwack for one night for business and the Comfort Inn was very good value for our needs.

Maybe us some different cleaning products!
The hotel was dated, not sure what kind of cleaning products they use however they do not smell good at all! It wasn’t all bad the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was convenient.
