Was conveniently close to the airport. Close to many restaurants. Front desk service was pleasant but not exactly friendly. Shuttle driver for the hotel (not sure if employed by the hotel or not) had a horrible attitude. Not the way i wanted to be greeted first thing in the morning.

Beautiful and clean rooms, spacious and safe. The walls are a little thin, in which you can hear people in the hallway if they are talking, but that didn’t bother us too much. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However, the lobby smelled heavily of garlic, the walls were paper thin (I could hear my neighbors TV on low all night) and the shuttle driver DEMANDED a tip. Next time I pass through Dallas, I will be staying elsewhere.

The only thing I would recommend is the staff assist guest with finding transportation outside of the shuttle services hours of operation. The gentleman on duty was nice, but was unhelpful when asked questions regarding taxes and such to DFW.

Very pleased
I was very pleased with my stay. The bed was the most comfortable out of any hotel I’ve been at. This one is definitely on my list of places to stay when I’m in town.
