This place sucks!
The hotel is run down, they took the iron off what use to be terraces of each balcony. The neighborhood is so shady at night. The staff was great but they cant make up for the condition of the hotel. Also, the power went out during my stay and never came back on. Guests were all forced to carry all their luggage down the stairwells. No discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Ill never stay there again

Our stay was great. The ladies working the front desk were very accomodating and friendly! Breakfast is good and the hotel atmosphere on the lower level is quite comfortable with plenty of seating everywhere! We were in the bar 2 nights and Nate the bartender was awesome! He took care of us right away and he is very personable and fun, we loved him! He is perfect for the job and he makes a great drink!! We would come back to stay here!!

Prepare to pay an additional $20.00 per vehicle to park in their parking area! Lobby was full of college reunion activities and very loud and croweded late into the night. Rooms are very outdated and mattress is not comfortable at all!

Parking 20.00 per day in addition to the room rate
The one thing is Hotel charges 20.00 per day for parking your car or a rental car …this is in addition to the room rate you booked … so if I payed 149.00 for the daily room rate I am charged an additional 20.00 per day since I have a rental car while in town so may actual room rate is 169.00 That is frustrating!

Nice folks, mediocre hotel
All of the staff members were very friendly. The hotel and room just had a very outdated and dingy feel. The pillows are essentially non-existent - very thin and uncomfortable. Everything (outside of the people working there) was extremely mediocre.

We loved it embassy suite never lets me down. My only issue this Visit was that we woke up to take shower before we were checking out and the water in our bathroom have been shut off, My daughter use the bathroom and had to dump buckets of water to get it to flush. And then I went outside To see if they had placed a new toilet in the box outside of our doorway. I just wish we had a little heads up prior

The facility itself was nice, and staff were nice - however the second night we stayed we found that both catalac converters were stolen from my vehicle while parked in their parking lot overnight. It is apparently NOT a safe area and they have no security. Big bummer. Huge unexpected and unnecessary expense.
