Room wasn’t worth it. TV remote didn’t work- refrigerator didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, air didn’t work. Front staff was rude. My flight was delayed. I asked for 2pm checkout that they told me would cost $69. The next norning 4 staff people knocked in my door to see when I was leaving. I called about remote they said maintenance could come in 20 mins or use the other remote. Very rude staff, chaotic and messy. And don’t use pool towels. They charged me $45 and I would have never got them had they told me they charge. No signs, no nothing.

Everything was wonderful. We took a trip to celebrate our anniversary with our 2 year old. They had lots kid friendly activities including trick or treating. And the kiddie are at the water park was so nice. The room was excellent! Clean and quiet. The receptionist was so great she gave us a coupon for free ice cream for our anniversary. Definitely planning another trip back.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill fast. The check-in process was a nightmare. We stood there for over 30 minutes, waiting for the disorganized staff to figure things out. To top it off, once we finally got to the room, the TV didn’t work. A basic amenity in any decent hotel, and they couldn’t even manage that. The prices are absolutely outrageous, and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. After paying a steep rate for the room, we found out that everything is a la carte. Want extra towels? Pay. Need some toiletries? Pay. It was ridiculous. There was consistently a 15-minute wait at the elevators no matter what time of day. It was absurd. The staff was incredibly rude, treating us like we didn’t belong from the moment we stepped in. To make matters worse, the patrons were snobby, rude, and downright racist. We spent most of our stay justifying our presence there, constantly showing our wristbands like we were trespassers instead of paying guests. We paid for parking but couldn’t find a single parking spot. It was as if they sold more spaces than they had available. We ended up wasting time searching for parking, only to be told by staff that there was nothing they could do. And to top it all off, on the day we checked out, the cleaning staff showed up 45 minutes before checkout, essentially rushing us out of the room. Talk about adding insult to injury!!!

Beware Under Renovation
Front entrance was under construction. Parking lot in back of hotel full next to temporary check in entrance. Had to take shuttle to parking lot in front of the hotel. It runs every 15 minutes. Food at buffet was not hot. I have been to Great Wolf in Arizona and loved it but not this one. Had I known this was under renovation, I wouldn't have book a reservation. Not coming back here.

Great Wolf has hidden fees.
Made purchase for room on here paid and hotel has charged me another $199. Not very pleased with this overnight stay at all. Wouldn’t have stayed if I was aware of the other fees charged by the hotel.
