I booked a pet friendly hotel- only to show up at the time of check in and be told that we could not stay, as we had an "aggressive breed" dog with us, my dog is a sweet rescue mix breed. The lady on the counter wouldn't listen or reason with us, other than saying that this was their policy (not published on any website I could find) and there wasn't anything else she could do but to cancel hour stay -WITHOUT REFUND- unless I worked it out via Hotels.com. I can also say that this is very site specific, as part of this same family trip, we had stayed in the Hyatt Place at Austin Tx with our pet without an issue.

Great Stay
Loved it! This is our second time staying here and will stay again when in Rockwall. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel is conveniently located; very quiet even though it's just off the interstate. Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

It was the best they were good to us after the other hotel we were supposed to stay at gave our room away knowing we had a baby with us they open they’re service and got us into a room fast so we could get rest late at night ❤️
