The hotel was nice overall. It was clean, and the staff was pleasant, and the room looked nice. However the bed was soft, but when I laid down it was like a board was pressing into my lower back. I could not find a comfortable spot anywhere on the bed. I ended up "sleeping" sitting up on the couch. It was quite possibly the worst night of sleep I've ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the staff here treated me perfectly. Aryanna was very efficient and very friendly. She's also a great cook, because the hotel's bar had excellent food.

Friendly staff and clean property. I had to cut my stay short, which would have resulted in me losing out on a significant amount of money since the booking was non-refundable. The hotel was gracious enough to still issue me a refund. Which I’m so thankful for!

I have previously stayed at Hyatt Place in various states. This particular location was my least favorite. Upon arriving to our one-bedroom suite after a long day of travel, we discovered there were no essentials in the room. There were no towels in the bathroom nor bedding provided for the Pull out couch bed. With it being late fall, temperature drops to low 40's sometimes 30's. We waited an hour to be informed there was no comforters that could be located by staff. The thermostat connected to the central heating system is sensored. If movement is not detected, there is no heat. Which causes the room to be very cold when sleeping. The breakfast selections were awful and very minimal. Overall, my family and I will not stay at this location again.
