Generally a good stay. Night time receptionist is not good with people. Near the train station so more proximity to people coming and going, property itself is bare minimum clean. Large scratch marks on the window sill, had to edit out of photos. Would not stay again

Ridiculous service from a Westin
My room card didn’t work for parking even though I kept notifying staff and they claimed they fixed it. So i had to pay for parking separately every day. They also charged my personal credit card even though I paid for everything beforehand with my work card.

The route to parking is unexplained by front desk. Finding our room was a task each time. Room was suppose to be a suite butno living/sitting room, no microwave and basically no amenities. Nice place. They lost my dry cleaning, so l purchased more clothes. I arrived Tues, gave them clothes on Wedns.They said i'd get them back Thurs. I spoke with them about this a few times. I left Sunday morn without my clothes. What am l to think about this ? Did they just throw my clothes in a corner and forget them?
