My room was very cozy and comfortable. The lady at the front desk to check me in, was sooo friendly and personable. Loved her energy. This was my first time at Tru but definitely won’t be my last.

Hotel was comfortable. My reservation through Hotels.com was never received at the property. This resulted in a lengthy delay checking in at the end of a long day. There was no hot water in my room and toilet wasn’t flushing.

It met my expectations
Being a newer hotel the set up was very modern and practical. I appreciate the breakfast not being too starchy nor sweet. The basic food groups were covered and the meat tasted fresh not frozen. I booked a king size but end up having two queen size beds because apparently they don't have the ability to see what is booked through hotel.com, they were willing to accommodate.

Be early for breakfast because they don’t restock even if still 30 mins left before breakfast closes. Water pressure not so great and don’t expect a steamy shower. Don’t remember these issues the times we stayed there before. Still a good hotel for the price and convenience of shopping.
