Everything at the hotel was amazing, the service was awesome. We loved Kaulana from Dukes. He was super helpful with recommendations and his drink were the best on island. Only complaint about the property is the elevator system. It was slow and super inefficient. Otherwise, everything else was outstanding.

Unfortunately, we sort of got downgraded it seems and received a smaller room when I asked if there was anything higher up than the fourth floor. Agent did not mention this room would be considerably smaller and closer to main street. We were disappointed but, it ended up being adequate enough.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Decor in rooms more older Hawaiian … but I liked it. Unfortunately property next door was under repair and that ruined ocean view balcony once they started in the morning.
