"Kato Waidi exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with utmost warmth and friendliness. All the staff members were respectful and kind. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We booked our stay through Expedia whom which caused a huge misunderstanding but the hotel staff were so calm and professional while trying to settle the issue. Nevertheless, it did not ruin our stay but simply highlighted how amazing this hotel is. The view and ambience of the place made our stay truly magical. Thank you."

The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs."

"Excellent views. Large rooms with everything we needed. Staff were fabulous, especially the restaurant staff. WE had breakfast and dinner there everyday of our 3 night stay and they could not do enough for us. Location a bit out of the way as a car is needed to access everything, but we knew this when booking and used taxis at very minimal costs. The views were worth living a bit further out."

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you. "
