Book a hotel near Deepdale, Preston

"Brand new purpose built apartments all owned by the same landlord, they'd only been operating for a few weeks hence not many reviews. It appears the property is aiming for people staying for anything from a single night to a year and anything inbetween. The apartment I had was quite well thought out. Property is protected by electronic operated gates, I have to say I'd stay there again. The only issues I had were nothing to do with the property itself but the booking process which was very prescriptive and over the top and perhaps aimed at a longer term let. I didn't feel comfortable doing a photo and copy of my driving licence, in these days of identity theft it almost put me off. I covered my driving licence number when taking the photo for my own protection, also I was required to download a key app so that when I was sent a unique code I could input it and access the building - I never got the code, so never needed the app. There was a guy at reception who gave me a key card, and I accessed reception by pressing the intercom button by the gate. Parking was plentiful around the rear. The guy in reception was really friendly and helpful. Nice touch leaving tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. It's early days for this property so I guess if they get the booking system simplified and less onerous for short stay guests I think they'll be on to a winner."

"I have spent a lot of time (stayed for about 5 weeks) at the Delta hotel over the past few weeks for personal reasons. As a result, I’ve been working out of the room during the week. The facilities and staff have been great! The room has had all I could want and it has been easy to work from. The bed and bedding has been comfortable and there has been loads of water and spacious ablutions. The facilities have been excellent and I’ve used the gym, pool and spa. All of which have been excellent. The local area is really nice and o have taken daily walks in the area which is safe and really interesting. The Church next doo is fascinating. But it is the staff where the hotel has excelled. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, from the maintenance, F & B and Front of House. They have made an unpleasant situation a pleasure! They have been attentive and friendly and really gone the extra mile. I hate to list names as I am bound to miss folk out! Paul on reception has been amazing as have Steffi and Lucy. Charlie, Hannah and Kristin (that’s not quite right sorry) in the bar have been a pleasure and special thanks to Beatrice in housekeeping who bent over backwards to help this weird bloke working from his room! Thank you all and sorry to all I have missed out! I have really enjoyed my visits over the past four years, despite the circumstances. I hope to see some of you this weekend Huge kudos to the whole team! "

"An amazing place to stay, just round from the train station & right in the heart of the city, we're blown away by how wonderful this place was, the little touches of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee etc available were great, a wonderful place in the best location, done to a great standard, can't wait to come back."
