My room has an over the top pungent odor like trying to cover up something unpleasant but it gave me a headache. The noise above me was excessive at 11pm and later. It was pretty disappointing not being able to get good sleep you’ve paid money to get. I travel a few times a month to this area and I will not be back to this hotel.

We were very impressed with the size of our 3 Queen bed plus sofa room! We will stay here again and again. Recommend for families or youth teams/groups!

We had issue with the housekeeping staff not getting to our room until after 3. My husband had to go down to the desk carrying dirty towels and pick up clean ones and bring them back. The room could use some updating. It was okay otherwise.

Hotel is being renovated so maybe it will be better in the future. We stayed 3 nights in a “suite” that had two queen beds and a queen sofa, but bathroom only had single sink and only one hook to hang a single towel. No place for towel near sink. Minor improvements can go a long way.

My room was located near the swimming pool and hot tub so the noise was disturbing until after midnight. This was problematic for me as I had to get up early to volunteer at the Colorado Mission of Mercy.
