My room was not cleaned by the maid two days in a row. The management team did very little to accommodate us or address our concern. I asked the manager “is this the Hyatt Way?” I would not stay at this Hyatt again and will think twice about booking a Hyatt in the future.

Very nice staff - arrived early and was able to check in early after signing up for the Hyatt rewards program. Two queen bed room + pull out couch was big and accommodated two adults and two kids (6 and 11). Free breakfast was great with lots of options (eggs, ham, potatoes, bfast burritos, breads, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and plenty of coffee). Decent happy hour and fast WiFi. Located a short walk from the Denver art museum, downtown shopping mall, capitol building, and by several bus lines.

room was amazing, the elevators were horrible, several broken, waited over 30mins it kept passing floors needing down had to hop on one going up just to go down, valet was overpriced but the valet people were amazing!
