Perfect Stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo! Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location is ideal — just a short walk from metro and train stations, making it very easy to get around the city. The Tokyo Dome and shopping areas are nearby, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff provided outstanding service — very polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing laundry room — very convenient, spotless, and even includes detergent, which made our stay extra comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo — 100% satisfaction!

Nice hotel, staff was really nice and helpful. Everything worked well. Room is a bit small but bigger then other rooms in japan. The option we pick included breakfast- which was really good and had a lot of options. Only downside is that the menu was the same everyday. Very close to train stations. Easy to get to Haneda airport, you just need to take 2 trains. If you You live in a big city like NY you should be able to get used to their train system.

Rooms are clean and are a nice size (compared to some other rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan). They have a desk and chair, a small round dining table with chair, a mini sofa, a coffee maker area with a shelf above it (which we used for the snacks we brought back to the room) and a refrigerator. There is a spacious laundry room (on the 4th floor) with a lounging area to wait for your laundry or to just relax. Staff are eager to assist and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nearby train stations make it easy to get around. I would stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

The hotel was in a great location. We were in the East building which is a bit dated. I would have preferred to stay in the main building. The staff are great and the breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious but because we were in the East building it was a bit old and dated, including the facilities in the room. The beds were comfortable though.Overall not a bad hotel for the location.

Hotel Metropolitan is a great hotel to stay at. Located right near multiple subway stations, getting to, and from other districts was very easy. The staff were very warm, helpful, and very accommodating in holding our luggage for five or so days when we went to Kyoto. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms, although a bit small, were always up kept and put together. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Japan/Tokyo again. Thank you to Hotel Metropolitan for the amazing stay!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Room was a good size, very clean with coffee machine, pods, kettle, glasses, mugs and other items. Bed was comfortable and curtains black out perfectly. Highly recommended.

The area where this hotel is located is safe and great! A Starbucks, 7/11 and Family Mart super close by! Would highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was a great option. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an i-Garden Complex behind the hotel with additional restaurants and a small open air garden. The Indian/Thai restaurant on the first floor of the complex was delicious!

The area itself was lovely and staff was amazing and friendly. They have a bunch of family marts and 711’s near by. It’s just it was me and my friends first time traveling to Japan and while the area itself was nice and quiet we wanted more party and entertainment. That was our mistake not the hotel itself. If you wish for a more relaxed and quiet area of Japan this place is for you and it was easy to get around to bigger city areas as well.
