I liked very much my stay at Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The staff was very attentive and even though they were remodeling on the 2nd floor, I did not hear anything and slept without issues. The buffet is very recommended for international tourists, lots of options to try and still familiar tastes if you are not into Japanese cuisine. I would definitely come back.

A nice stay with only one wish for improvement

I had a pleasant stay for 1 week. The staff were friendly and when I brought to their attention my room refrigerator wasn't working, I had a replacement by the time I returned that evening. My only wish would be the hotel operate a shuttle between Hotel Metropolitan Ikebekuro and Edmont. I arrived by Limousine Bus at HMI and was very tired after a long flight. I took the metro to HME but wished it was on the Limo Bus service route.

The staff were very helpful and very polite. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station. There was a convenience store across the street. I wish the breakfast wasn’t so expensive. All in all a nice, quiet place to come to at the end of long, exhausting days!

The landary machine waiting line is pretty long in peak hour otherwise it’s very good
