We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edmont. While it's a tad bit far from other touristy areas, there were various train lines to catch within a 10-15 minute walk. Because it was not in a major tourist area, it was also quiet which we valued after a day out in busier areas. The cleaning staff is great making sure we had clean towels and a clean room to go back to.

The hotel was very nice overall. The staff was super helpful nearly all of the time. The room was clean and bright. Housekeepers even folded our laundry. The restaurants are VERY nice (Expensive) and we were very underdressed. Close to transit options to go nearly anywhere. It is a little longer of a walk to elevators. 7/11 is right next door for snacks/drinks and other restaurants are close. We will possibly stay here again, just modify expectations. My two issues; First, I had booked a room that had 5 beds, but our room only had 4. When I inquired about the "missing" bed, the front desk informed me that there isn't a 5th bed that we could get, and the rooms don't have those. I would not have booked at this hotel if I had known that we were going to have to double bunk every single night. It is frustrating enough to share a bed with a toddler, it is more so on a Twin mattress. Second, luggage delivery service to the airport. Our first inquiry about it they told us 2 days prior to departure. When we stopped at the front desk to double check 2 days prior, the agent said 1500 the next day would be fine to meet our departure and get luggage to the airport. When we went to drop of our luggage at the new time, we were told that now we couldn't and were supposed to do it the day prior. Now we needed to carry all of our bags for 5 people to Haneda on the trains. Very inconvenient, especially since we were leaving so late and expected to spend the day out in one of the districts.

Nice hotel to stay in. Staff were really polite and helpful. Lots of food options and convenience stores close by. The shower is too short for a tall person and the pillows could be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby.

Nicely appointed room and bathroom. Good breakfast buffet but sometimes too crowded. Very good coin laundry. Close to public transport. Nearby construction was noisy. Housekeeping should start a bit earlier. Check in procedure is very inconvenient with long wait times - no early check ins. Staff is friendly.
