The staff were amazing. Very helpful and great customer sevice. Their restaurant was very nice, breakfast was delicious and alot of choices of food. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable. The bathroom like no other hotel. It has separate toilet room shower were separate room. And its so peaceful. And we loved the 7 eleven right next door.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edmont. While it's a tad bit far from other touristy areas, there were various train lines to catch within a 10-15 minute walk. Because it was not in a major tourist area, it was also quiet which we valued after a day out in busier areas. The cleaning staff is great making sure we had clean towels and a clean room to go back to.

I got a quiet room in the upper floor. Room is cleaned, updated, and armed with all the necessary amenities. Room is a bit small but that is not unexpected in the heart of Tokyo. Services was prompt, friendly, and professional. Location was very good, a few minutes walk from Iidabashi station that has 4 metro lines and 1 JR line. Just a few stops to Takebashi (imperial palace & garden), Akihabara (great destination for food and night activities), and maximum one change of lines to get to almost anywhere. Elevators were quick so getting in and out was no hassle at all. I had the hotel concierge booked me a place for omakase sushi Friday night dinner at a restaurant since I don't speak Japanese and the shop has no online booking. Took some urging but succeeded in the task. That was the only slight minus. I highly recommend this hotels to travelers on leisure or business. Excellent stay!

From check-in to check out we had a fantastic stay! The area is a little more quiet but within minutes of two train stations. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was expecting the room to be small for our family of 5 but it had room to spare. The bakery downstairs was delicious. We have already talked about how we will stay here again if we ever make it out to Tokyo!

This Hotel was in a great location with in walking distance of the Tokyo Dome. They had 4 separate twin beds for me and my family. This was perfect. The location was clean. The best part was the parking at a low rate. I would definitely go again. it was a bit pricey but worth it
