Service was outstanding a lady at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty if I ever go back to Tokyo I will stay at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The hotel is located in a good area just walking distance to many sites visitors can go to when visiting Tokyo.

The staff were absolutely wonderful; they were able to help us out with whatever issues we had. They held onto baggage for us, broke up notes for us and were able to accommodate our odd hours for room service and housekeeping. I could not have asked for a better hotel. The place was superbly clean and comfy too.

Overall, this is a very good hotel. I really liked all the personal toiletries including skin care samples, the lounge area by the washer and dryer, clean room and clean common areas, and very good service from hotel staff. I appreciated that the location of the hotel is only a few minutes walking distance to the subway station. However, I didn’t like that we had to sit in the front lobby until 3:00 pm before being permitted to check in. We arrived at 2:30 pm. Also, the hotel doesn’t have a limo shuttle service to the airport. We had to catch the shuttle from the Tokyo Dome hotel.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and has never disappointed me, it is a very convenient hotel if you wanna walk around the area, have your back storage while you trip around the country and the buffet is amazing, not to mention the amazing staff they have and the cool amenities.
