The biggest disappointment was the pool. A main reason we booked there was they had an indoor pool. But when we went to go swimming the pool room was so cold and they had the windows open with 40* weather and the water was frigid we didn’t even want to get in it. And the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t enjoy that either. Also we had a toddler and when I asked the receptionist for an infant crib she said she would have one send up which she never did. So later that evening when a different receptionist was there I asked again and she immediately went and got one. They only serve breakfast till 8 during the week so there’s no sleeping in if you want to get breakfast. The rooms were clean but the walls are so thin you can hear everything from other rooms. The TV also gave us a problem and the remote wouldn’t always work. I wouldn’t book with them again if I didn’t have to.

Despite a glitch in our room (no heat), the staff immediately dealt with moving us to another room that was right next door, so it wasn’t a hassle. I appreciated her help and concern to be sure we were satisfied.

Time for remodel, lighting, better breakfast.
We have stayed here at this La Quinta DIA several times and were very disappointed at the condition of our room and the hotel in general is showing its age. Also the breakfast service is very short from 6:30 to 8;00 and no exceptions as the crew were removing the items before 8. Every La Quinta I have stayed in these past few weeks from Livermore, CA to Gillette Wyoming have breakfast from 6-9. The lighting in the parking lot is dismal and area is unsafe. We know Denver has some major issues going on and it seems that it has manifested even out to the airport. The trees need to be trimmed and landscape in general is blocking some lighting where cars are parked.

TV satellite reset
I've stayed at this site 3 times. The front desk is courteous and helpful. My only critique is the tv system. It seems every hour the smart tv has to "reset" and I loose the program I'm watching. often it takes a few minutes to get the channel/ show return and I miss some of the plot. This is most annoying as a guest.
