Everything was clean. Nice rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub I'm sure were nice, but didn't get an opportunity to use them as they are only open from 8am to 8pm. Being a hotel that caters to airport travelers, it should be open 24 hrs. Paid parking...really!? Park in the hotel parking lot next door and walk across. Transportation to the airport was really nice...depending on the driver. The driver we had at night drove like he was trying to qualify for Daytona. Flooring the van every time he accelerated (up to 5000 rpm) 80 mph, and jamming the breaks when he had to slow down. When we got out, he told us that he was "really tired." I wouldn't hire him to drive lemmings off a cliff much less drive people anywhere. The morning driver was much more cautious and careful. Very nice and pleasant. He understands and respects people.

This time, our shower never got warm and it smelled like weed/ food and cigarettes:/ we didn’t get in until super late so we didn’t complain, but next time (hopefully there won’t be a negative time) I’ll be more vocal.

It was updated , clean and safe. I like the breakfast included with the room . I didn't like that it was pet friendly and the guest with animals brought them into the lobby and food area. Pets have ticks and fleas.

Upon arrival to the hotel there were 2 greyhound buses dropping off tons of people who were piling into the lobby. Although I recognize this is not within the control of the hotel, these people were ABSOLUTE Karens to the hotel staff. Two women argued with the staff for almost 25 minutes, causing my partner and I to just stand there listening to them go around in circles. After finally getting into our rooms I noticed sticky residue on almost every surface, a yellow stain on the bed sheet. the TV did not work, and the curtain handle broke off when I tried closing it. The people in our hall were in and out of their rooms all night, slamming doors, and being loud and inconsiderate. Again, this is not the hotel's fault, however, you'd think people would be a bit more aware of their actions. The walls are so thin you can hear the telephones ringing from the rooms next to you. This was one of the more expensive hotels I booked while in Denver and it was BY FAR the worst. Not to mention they want you to pay to park in their lot.....

Imani, or Imari(knew I should’ve written her name down) was a gem, great customer service, calm, friendly, professional. Because of a flight delay, I missed my connecting flight and could not get out until the next morning. I was pretty upset when I called La Quinta and thankfully she was the one who answered. She patiently answered all of my questions, multiple times, sharing her calm with me. Excellent customer service! This property also provides 24 hour shuttles to the airport.
