Enjoyed the area of old Montreal however the hotel was average at best . Rooms were okay however both sinks drained extremely slowly. Entrance to hotel very tight as it’s off a one way alley. Parking extra and also very tight for larger vehicles.

Very conveniently located to Old Montreal and the Vieux Port. Room ok, but wall unit A/C fan could not be turned off without turning off the unit completely. Limited storage/drawers. Free breakfast offered enough options. The main draw is the convenience to the many activities in Old Montreal.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in an excellent location in Old Montreal. The breakfast buffet is very good and adds to the value as restaurants are expensive in this part of town. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is not beautiful or special but very functional.

We stayed in the handicap suite. The toilet was way too low for us, and anyone with a wheelchair would have it okay, but for us it was very hard to reach the toilet! There were, however, plenty of bars to use to get down and up, but the problem would be completely solved for all by installing a much higher toilet. The hotel location, however, made up for any inconvenience as it's right in the heart of the OLD CITY with access to all it has to offer. The staff are excellent and helpful, and the morning crew were so cheerful and helpful.

The hotel said if we used our car they could not guarantee the spot that they charge 36$ a night for would be available so we never moved our vehicle in fear we would no longer have a spot. The pool was closed!
