the outlets did not work in bathroom or coffee area. there was one tissue in the tissue box. the lighting in the room was terrible . the wait staff in the dining room were wonderful….which made up for the horrible room

The location was great as it's in downtown. however, the room that we got was viewing the courtyard which was disappointing. the beds are horrible to sleep on, and extremely uncomfortable as they are on sprint. the bathroom has no exhaust system so it remains smelly. the garage exit gate was broken and fell on our car while exiting and damaging our car.

I showed up 8 hours before check in and the took my bags and let me have breakfast there. St Cathrine street is right there and Molson staduim is a 15 min walk (went to see the alouettes). The room was awesome the staff was awesome, the food was awesome. Cant recommend this place enough

Lacking microwave, accessible fridge, pamphlets, information about the city / restaurants / venues / what's to see. $30 charge for parking!! Shared toiletries. Not very good idea. Who knows what's in those bottles?

Great location for 4 nights! There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, very walkable. We had the superior room on the 8th floor which was large with space to move around. Breakfast was good with a little bit of everything although sometimes they were a bit slow on getting us seated even though there were tables available. All in all, we had a pleasant stay in Novotel and a fun trip to Montreal!

I recently stayed here for the sixth time. Very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. I was in town to see the Habs game. I use a cane to get around and the hotel is ideally located within walking distance for even myself without too much difficulty. Bell Centre is a block and half away. Crescent street , St Catherine street and many others very short distance away for great food and drinks, The hotel is clean and very secure. Highly recomend it.
