Walk distance to the old quebec, it was so crowded, limited crew to attend all the travelers in reception. Terrible service for the Valet (luggage and cars)

The room was dirty upon arrival (hairs in sink and dresser) and mold/mildew covered shower. Notified staff who said it would be cleaned; would not accommodate request for new room. After cleaning, beds were made but hair was still in dresser and shower was the same. Pool was not heated and hot tub (one was completely of order) did not function properly. Exercise equipment broken. Iron in room didn’t work. However, the location and views are excellent.

Very old and outdated rooms was not appealing to be staying in the room at all. Hotel was lacking cleanliness and upkeep you can tell it hasn’t been maintained. Very disappointed!

No heat in room, breaker kept kicking off, telephone stopped working in room to call front desk, tried to go to pool to warm up but one hot tub had danger tape and the other was green and cold so returned to our room asked for an extra hair dryer and managed to heat the room with two hair dryers as we were told they were at full capacity and couldn’t find us another room! And to end our fabulous romantic stay my wife was woken in the morning by water dripping on her face from a leak in bathroom from the floor above.
