Breakfast buffet and appetizers had amazing selection. Very helpful and convenient to manage meals with kids. Beautiful hotel with great indoor pool and hot tub for kids, especially when the weather is not ideal. Great downtown location and close to via rail. I would definitely stay there again!

I had a good experience staying at Sheraton. The room was clean, spacious, modern and bright. The staff were accommodating and professional. This was my second time staying there and I will stay there again if I visit Montreal again.

Good place to stay if you are able bodied :(
It was okay, I am glad to see you have an eco-friendly assessment, however, what about accessbility? My friend who happens to be in a wheel chair was checking in at the same time we were and she had specifically booked an accessible room - but when she arrived to check in that room was no longer available and the other "accessible" rooms did not have grab bars in the washroom. This really left me with a bad feeling as she had to endure the embarrassment of the staff asking "so why is it not accessible" while others waited in line to check in at the busy time. I would expect better from a large hotel chain.
