Easy to find Easy, convenient parking Friendly staff Convenient and delicious dining options at the hotel Heated pool Adjacent to the train station and Bell Centre Layout of the hotel was a bit awkward at first but manageable. We discovered this hotel when visiting our Montreal daughter at Christmas time. It was not surprising that our grandchildren love the heated pool. What was surprising was how much my husband enjoyed it, too. We are just home to Massachusetts after our 2nd stay. We'll be back!

The bedding felt like sleeping on sandpaper and there was no duvet on the "comforter" just two flat sheets wrapped around it. The TV was great and the pool was amazing but I was really hoping for a more comfortable bed, it took away from the rest of the stay.

Fourth time at this property (but first time we’ve returned since 2015). The hotel is in a very convenient location and connects right to the underground city. The rooms are comfy, the heated rooftop pool is a nice touch, and the food is great (they have the best calamari!) Room service is available but be weary of the quoted time for the food to arrive, I was told 10 minutes but did not receive our order for over 40 minutes. Another complaint is that the staff is not very friendly, especially the servers in the evening at the restaurant. Regardless, we will most likely return due to the other great qualities that this hotel has to offer.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel and facilities. Pool and hot tub were fun to use. Gym is excellent and large. All staff were helpful and friendly. We used the concierge service to bring luggage up to room. The only complaint is the difficulty in pulling up to hotel. There is cars everywhere which makes it difficult and stressful checking in and unloading and loading vehicle.
