High ceilings, a spacious room, quiet, and very easy to access by car. The building is older, but nicely retrofitted. It was busy, and yet we never had long waits for the elevator. WiFi was a challenge, was everyone trying to tune into the US election? The included breakfast was good. While the location is right downtown, there was no street noise. The pool and gym looked more appealing than most, but we didn't make use of either. Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. We'll be returning

Nice hotel with a great staff. Room was great and had valet parking which was great. Staff were friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Montreal. Close to the Bell centre. Great places to eat and shop all around. One of my better hotel experiences.
