I requested to change rooms to management. They made sure I was happy with my new room and made me feel like I wasn't being no bother to them ( even though I felt I was). Staff at this location is amazing. I will be back again.

Burned hole in sheet, bathtub had several porcelain chip repair, shower head leaked, bathtub water spill was loose. Otherwise was a nice stay. Wifi and cable worked well..heater was great.

Been at this property for a while now... staff was super amazing at first... then they switched "shifts" and regular staff isn't here this week.... I went to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and who I believe to be the owners family acted as if it was an inconvenience. I explained that housekeeping never stops by my room and that's a them problem and not a me problem. Didn't offer to make sure that housekeeping would stop by everyday or anything. Just acted as if I was bothering them

The smoke alarm in our room was covered up with a plastic bag. Dirty towel hanging on back of doo and a hat was hanging by the front door. Got moved to another room and the tv didn’t work. No phone in room and the window sill was horribly dirty. I killed two spiders in the second room. Was never offed a discount for all this trouble.
