"The woman that checked us in was amazing. The lady that was helping with the shuttle was great. Only issue was we were at the pick up point 47 mins after the game and their was no shuttle to get back when we called the hotel we were told if ur under an hr they will be there then hung up on. Very rude. No one ever showed up so we had to Lyft back. "

"Beautiful hotel. We have stayed twice and had an enjoyable experience. Only issue we had was valet brought us our car with a flat tire and it was literally driving on the rim. Not sure how he couldn’t see on the dash we had a flat, as well as feeling it was fat when driving to is. Driver then offered to take it back to the garage. Thus, driving on the rim again. This was our only negative of the trip."
