I like the property and would stay again here. But your reservation confirmation did not provide a phone to call for pick up. . . I searched and try to call but got a voice mail. . . I had to go around finding an agent to help me. . . So mainly it was that I didn’t like not the hotel. . .

The hotel was ok. We didn’t have our room cleaned once in the 5 days we were there. My biggest problem is with Expedia. When I got to the hotel they had no reservations under my name. I even had the reservation details in an email and the hotel still showed nothing. Luckily they had a room available.

I check in on the 27th night and check out on the 28th morning at 6 am. I booked the room just too fresh up but there is no water in the shower in my room. Gave a compliment and waited for 30 minutes and it was already late went to sleep and vacated in the morning.

What really bothered me is the front desk clerk was unfriendly and they tack on a $50 fee and of course the wonderful clerk says nothing. I guess I could have asked more but I asked if it was a fee and she gave me a flat “yes”. I assumed it was like all the other brand places and drops off after check out. Well I am still waiting for that to happen and I’ve been out for over 24 hours. Remains to be seen if it’s actually permanent. Stay away from this place.

They charged me twice and even after accepting their error - they refused to refund. I have never seen such a service. I won’t recommend this place only because of the staff - they are rude, they overcharge you and have no basic courtesy.

Bed great; Bed light was broken and otherwise light was very harsh white; bathroom cabinet looked as though it was handmade; NO restaurant therefore NO breakfast which isn't shared while booking - had to order pizza for delivery - staff allowed delivery man to come to my door (HUGE NO NO for single occupant rooms); lastly, no ATM therefore no tip for staff :-(

Upon arrival to the room I noticed several blotches of what appeared to be pet hair clustered all over the floor. After further inspection the blotches of what I thought was pet hair was actually artificial hair (weave). I contacted the front desk in the morning, due to it being late and a long line at check-in. I was told by the front desk that it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t.

Pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere else
Won't stay here again places run down stains all over the carpet stains on the chair in the room, one ice machine on the 5th floor and third floor ice machine the third floor didn't even work after they told me to go use the ice machine on the third floor and you could tell that thing hasn't been used in a long time. The beds I feel like you're sleeping on cardboard boxes mini fridge in the room didn't work air conditioner wasn't working right. We stayed in one room for about an hour and went downstairs and complained it was so terrible so we ended up getting moved to another room the other room was a little better I believe the people cleaning the place are trying their best because it looked like it was cleaned but just worn the sheets look clean but the blankets did not we took the blankets off the bed just use the sheets did not get very much sleep we showed up late and left early it served its purpose for us to sleep but the wife and I woke up many a times with noises just an overall not a bad experience will not stay there again there's better hotels for like $20 more a night I recommend to pay the extra 20. By the way I thought it said free breakfast all you get is free coffee everything else they want you to pay for. I stayed in a lot of hotels used to do a lot of traveling this right here top three or four worst hotels I've stayed in.

This place was so dirty, first room someone had used the bathroom, blood was in the restroom, and body fluids from a man was on one of the headboards, the second room, which no better, blood in the bathroom, the clerk should have looked it over since she went there with me, I was then over changed by 60 dollars , then I was upset, police was called
