Free shuttle to and from the airport. Drivers were really nice as well as the staff, very clean and lots of amenities are offered. Room wasn’t 100 percent clean on arrival, but hotel took care of this promptly.

Staff at front desk and restaurant were friendly, efficient and helpful. Loved the gym with a Peloton bike; small cold pool felt great along with dip in hot tub. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was easy to schedule and quick.

The Staff was very welcoming to all who entered through the front doors to check in. I was truly disappointed that there was no complimentary TEA/COFFEE in the morning as we had to catch out shuttle at 5:30. Many have to leave before 6:30 am when supposedly the complimentary tea/coffee is put out for the guests. THIS IS DONE AT OTHER HILTON GARDEN INNS EG. MINNEAPOLIS.

The room was huge compared to normal hotel sized double rooms. It was wonderful not tripping over baggage as there was an ample space to store those things. The bathroom was huge as well and very accessible.
