Great choice for enjoying Royal Oak
We really like staying at Hotel Royal Oak when we go to see bands in Royal Oak or Ferndale (short walk or rideshare). It is funky, fun and the staff are super nice. The breakfast next door is a nice touch. Recoommend!

the front desk staff were soooo sweet and funny and super helpful during the check in process. Helped us get wifi set up and let us know where our room was in the complex and that we could repark as well to be closer. The rooms were very cute and cozy. Bathrooms are kinda small and a little outdated but I was honestly not bothered as it was just a one night stay and the rooms have all standard amenities. Very good alternative option to much more expensive hotels in the area and still keeps you in central royal oak area!

The unit was clean and renovated. It is not a Hotel as is suggested in the title. There is no front desk service after hours and you have to chat and wait until morning to get a simple question answered.
